This is from the Guardian Business email this morning:
There is a new order with a woman in charge at both the European Central Bank and European Commission.
Let me be clear, I am not greatly enamoured of the politics of either but I prefer them to their predecessors.
And I am optimistic of some changes in approach. I stress, 'some'.
