Not everyone does though so they can be used as weapons in the banker wars. The ratings agencies would only have merit if they were genuinely independent. Conspicuously, they’re still themselves players in the game. They need rating themselves.

The Isle of Man has neither credit nor credibility.
The only league that its government can claim any “credit” is in fraudulance and deception.
To compare this tax dodgers paradise with the USA is even more ludicrous than the “credit ratings” themselves.
