The relentless Richard Allen, whose campaigning has already changed UK VAT law to stop tax abusers using the Channel Islands, wrote a briefing for the Public Accounts Committee yesterday when they were interviewing HMRC on VAT abuse.

Unfortunately not all the questions got answers. I think they need to be.
I'm rather hoping an MP will pick them up now.
