Collecting tax is about political will and the idea that there can be a worldwide agreement is just wishful thinking. Countries including the UK should consider a withholding tax for any business that sells in the UK. Companies like Amazon argue that they sell from Luxembourg rather than argue just have a withholding tax. More @ http://radicalsoapbox.com/magic-money-tree/

In the meantime we may need withholding taxes
