What would I include in the Autumn Statement?

A journalist just rang me asking what I would include in the Autumn Statement.

I referred her to The Joy of Tax. The final chapter is a Chancellor's speech introducing many of the ideas that I think could transform the UK economy.

Including abolishing inheritance tax.
