I have been through an exhausting few weeks.
The blog has, as usual, had content every day.
So have a number of other platforms.
YouTube has had a video every day, plus a specially made short video on most days recently.
On top of that, a book has been created and written, and a publisher has agreed to take the project forward, with the production process now beginning.
We staged an event in Ely.
I have done other media.
And then there was the Budget this week, which is always an intensive day, whilst last weekend I worked straight through because of commitments to other organisations and broadcasting.
As a result, I feel like I need a weekend off, so, quite unusually, I will be turning off comments on the blog this weekend. I expect to turn them off by mid-afternoon.
There will be videos, and maybe a post or two over the weekend, but I just need a break from the continual pressure of knowing there are comments to deal with, and I trust you will understand.
Normal service will resume on Monday.
And please do not email me instead of commenting unless it is urgent. Having to deal with emails instead really will not help.
Thank you.

Buy me a coffee!

Very wise.
It’s good for me, too! I will get from behind my screen typing comments and get outdoors on this beautiful sunny day.
Me too.
I need to refresh, even though there are still infographics to complete for the book.
Hi Richard
Time for feet up, thoughts to wander into the skies and drink the couple of coffees I am sending.
JimC
Thanks, Jim.
The weather forecast is good.
Walking boots will be on.
Binoculars will be around my neck.
And Jacqueline and I will talk ideas, as we always do.
Enjoy your well earned break!
It’s only a break from coming here so often, but I think I need it.
