Keeping in balance

Posted on

I worked late last night on my book outline.

I was up early this morning. The news was not good. In fact, it is depressing.

Without a videographer, I did not do my usual Monday morning activity of making new videos. So Jacqueline and I went out birdwatching, albeit with books and computers in tow.

It was rewarding:

  • Curlew
  • Spoonbill
  • Little egret
  • Black-tailed godwit
  • Redhsank
  • Greenshank
  • Spotted redshank
  • Oystercather
  • Dunlin

And that was just the waders.

Sometimes it is necessary to restore the balance in life - and that list is more than enough to keep me happy.

Now, back to that book. It feels more important than ever.
