After an hour or so of gardening, I need to have a sit down these days. Listened to all of it.
Some interesting extras such as the different corporation tax rates.
You mentioned the ‘independent pay review bodies’ which ministers like to refer to. I did hear Kay Burley told one that the Govt. appoint the Chair and tell them how much money they are allowed to recommend. The minister doing the rounds claimed not to know, it seems. Not taking responsibility again.
