“Ough Mum why have I been so stupid!”, said a tearful Mrs Johnson.
Ho, Ho – spot on Jonathan.
Really want to see the Netflix series.
🙂
I watched this last night and when he got to the line “You don’t want someone who enjoys seeing Boris Johnson naked in charge of choosing your fixtures and fittings”, I laughed so maniacally and at such length, I’m sure the man in the flat downstairs must have been worried for my sanity.
Best bit indeed ! But worried that such mental imagery might affect my sleep.
Brilliant and spot on!
I do wonder if Johnson’s refusal to answer questions on the financing of his ‘refurb’ will turn out to be a sacrificial dead cat.
If they are prepared to take so much flak over something that will come out anyway and at worst would be embarrassing what are the crimes that they really trying to hide and distract us from?
There’s no accounting for some people’s taste, like other tenants have to do will he be forced to pay to have the flat reinstated to a more neutral décor for the next resident when he gets the sack.
I’m surprised for context that he didn’t mention that many thousands of people have thrown under the bus due to this latest disgrace:

Agreed
The contrast between Johnson’s scrounging and the financial and emotional stress he has left hundreds of thousands in speaks volumes
