About three weeks ago I announced that I would be producing an ebook based on the Twitter threads and blog posts written in recent months that explain how I view the economic crisis that we are in:
I am pleased to say that the text for this is complete and has been proofread and is now heading off for layout.
The book has ten chapters and a new introduction and will come in at just over 30,000 words. Most have appeared here before. Only the introduction is wholly new, and only minimal editing has been applied to previously published work, to eliminate my inevitable typos, in the main.
I am hoping that the book will be out soon, published by a new Tax Research UK imprint called The Finance Press. The implications is that there may be more to come.

The quality of your posts demands a platform like this in my view.
Congrats.
A good vehicle to spread the word
A better bet than Deliveroo, I’d wager
🙂
Great news. Richard, will there be a digital version or pdf?
PDF first to encourage maximum distribution
(I can’t remember if I commented on your original post for this) I love the graphics for the cover (and the clever title too, of course), a beautifully simple and elegant design. Looking forward to it being published, and hoping one of my ancient devices will accept your ebook format!
Thanks….
I’m delighted to see this has progressed so quickly but, as a regular Guardian reader, I’m a little disappointed that the typos are being eliminated. Very much looking forward to reading it.
🙂
I bet one or two will survive
And it has been proof read…
