If one needs to buy online for reasons ( I don’t have an independent bookseller in my town) Hive.co.uk at least help support independent booksellers – it is up to the buyer to choose one to receive a percentage of the price. I don’t know any others who do this, apologies if there are.
oh! and they do stock the Joy of Tax in paperback and eBook.

I try to use ABE Books.. they are usually seen as sellers of used books but I have ordered my Stephanie Kelton from them as well as others and they do sell new books and use independent book sellers from the uk.

Abe books has been owned by Amazon since 2008
