2013 wasn't a bad year for this blog:
I wonder what 2014 will bring?
One thing I will say is I expect it to continue. Not many individual writer's daily blogs now survive from 2006, I suspect. I have no intention of giving up, despite the hassle and grief it creates.

Many congratulations. At the risk of sounding too much like the goodwish fairy thing can I plead with you to;
1 Not intervene unless it cannot possibly be avoided &
2 Not to jump in to reply to messagers
Often you’ll find that if you say nothing someone else will come in with a good response. I can understand your annoyance with some people who post again & again under different assumed names, but they are better dealt with here than allowed to cower (Smeagol-like, my dear) on other MBs.

Hearty congratulations! I respect your courage and perseverance in the face of anger and injustice, but you give us courage too. Please thank your lovely supportive and ‘suffering’ family. We value their sacrifice very much.
