You’ve obviously never had employees. It’s impossible to judge performance in the first 6 months on the job at mcdonalds, let alone at something as complicated as an economy with all the moving parts. Osborne may be a wanker, but this graph doesn’t prove anything other than the fact that you’re trying to measure long term effects by reading transient results.
That’s laughable
a) I’ve employed hundreds – maybe thousands – of people
b) I sure as heck have appraised people in a lot less than six months
c) Every competent manager does
So for revealing, as ever, a tendency to produce time wasting comments expect your future observations to be deleted
