There's a lovely article in the Economist under the above title.
It's all about bankers who have moved to Geneva and now want to come back to London - because it's the only place to be.
And for those who have never been to Geneva - I assure you, it is probably the most boring police on earth.
And that's why banks won't be leaving the UK. Because people won't go.

Yes, location decisions often defy economic analysis and tend to follow quality of life factors. London is a world class city and this more than anything attracts people and businesses.
I wonder why Frankfurt is not mooted as a destination for those seeking to relocate from London. It is a vibrant financial centre.
“The most boring place on earth” (I assume you mean) – so unlike East Anglia. “Norfolk Enchants” as they say, when asked if they would like to live in Norwich…
@genette
Norfolk is the best place in the world to live
And dare I say it (and I don’t live there, and was brought up in Ipswich) but Norwich is a great city
I’d recommend a few days there to anyone
Great Lanes (eat your heart our Brighton)
More mediaeval churches than anywhere else north of the Alps in a square mile (even beats London and both were blitzed)
Good shopping if you insist
Take a trip on the river…
I could go on
And as for the Norfolk countryside – good job the weekend is coming up
