Never in the course of UK justice has so much harm been done to the free speech of so many by so few as this one judge.

Wow! I am surprised only that he did not telephone a sympathetic colleague to prevent any media coverage of the event by the issue of a super injunction.
Hear hear. It’s a rare day when I agree with Paul Dacre but in this case, his characterisation of Eady as “arrogant” and “amoral” is absolutely correct.
