Will the USA be on the new OECD tax haven blacklist?

Posted on

The OECD is presenting its new criteria for states to be considered cooperative in tackling tax abuse to the G20 today.

As far as I can see the USA might be considered uncooperative.

So might Israel.

And maybe Turkey.

Whilst St Lucia looks like it may have a tough time too, alongside Nauru and one or two others like it.

But Panama may be OK.

This could be interesting: I wait to see how this will be dressed up.
