The STEP report on International Finance Centres

I have already commented briefly on the STEP report on international finance centres – otherwise called tax havens / secrecy jurisdictions. I was challenged to say why I had so many problems with it. Rather than write at length I made this video. Sorry visual quality is not fantastic – I don’t run a recording studio.
