Twitter still has the power to deliver

I know many readers of this blog do not like Twitter, or X. But it still has the power to deliver. Two of my Tweets on Saturday got very good traffic. One was on Rishi Sunak's tax return:

That reach of 356,000 represents people staying on the Tweet long enough to read it. An average Tweet for a post relating to this blog gets maybe 15,000 reads.

The lead Tweet of the thread I posted got even more reads:

Half a million reach is worth having.

Which is why I stay on Twitter.
