Stephen Timms MP was stabbed yesterday.
This isn't an obituary - he's expected to make a full recovery.
But I would like to put it on record that he was first rate Labour minister and a very good friend of tax justice, development and country-by-country reporting.
It's a big loss that he's out of office.
