How many hours of teaching have you done at Sheffield Professor?
None
Because Sheffield want me for my research, impact (see the IMF blog this afternoon), outreach and post-grad work
I don’t teach undergrads because there isn’t time in my contract
Wow – if only I was retired, I’d have a go. ‘Really interesting topics in my view.
The time will come….
If I were younger, didn’t have 2 young sons and had more relevant than just a Chemistry degree and PGCE under my belt I would definitely have considered this. As it is, most of my political and economic knowledge is self-taught (from blogs like yours, mainly!)
Well I spent 4 years at Bath School of Management about a decade ago but one can always live in hope
