Premier League clubs no haven for super rich

The Guardian notes that:

The G20's decision to increase international pressure on tax havens is likely to make it more difficult for struggling football clubs to find new investors. This column has learned that the ultimate controlling party for more than a third of the 20 Premier League clubs is based in an offshore jurisdiction, making tax havens almost the investment base of choice.

No wonder football is in such a mess.
