CNN report the US is trying to arm Kurds who live in Iran, to break away.
When the western powers drew the borders post World War One, they didn’t give the Kurds a state of their own. They have been divided between Turkey, Iraq and Iran.
There is a long history of the Kurds being let down by the US . In1975, after the Gulf War 1991, and twice by Trump in his first term.
Meanwhile Israel bombs Lebanon. It’s a long standing tradition.
Turkey, a NATO member, doesn’t want a Kurdish state. The US ignores the wishes of it’s NATO allies, again. Even the Kurds in Turkey are rejecting the idea of a US led Kurdish uprising in Iran.
Thank you, Ian.

The Vesteys had theirs seized by Hugo Chavez. I met Chavez in London in the summer of 2006.
From 1999 – 2006, I worked for HSBC, including in Latin America. Many, if not most, of these Latin American oligarchs are involved with drugs. Exports from their plantations are often mixed with narcotics. One trafficker is president.

Thank you, Richard.
