On a fairly low turnout, the polling on the time when this blog's daily email update should be sent out was pretty clear:

The time will change, if not today, then very soon. The mail will actually go at 6 pm. I can't find the last time I posted later than that in a day, and there must be a good reason why many similar emails (I subscribe to a lot) go out at about that time.
