Not that I do, but I do find it somewhat astonishing that the Scottish Government seem to want these things, whilst bumping another 1% on higher rate tax on earnings (which start somewhere earlier than they do in E&W). So a freebie for some, and to hell with the rest of us.
And while I’m at it, you might make a distinction vis a vis wealthy (people with vast wealth who don’t actually work for it) and people who are employees, who do.
From where I sit, it appears that people who work for a living are getting rinsed, whilst enabling tax avoiders to fill their boots. Not amused by that.
