The source is a gentleman named Stephen Smith – a ‘cost reduction specialist’ according to his bio. This sounds highly neoliberal to me.
It came to prominence in a reply to a comedian ( the one who partnered Rob Newman and Frank Skinner ) who thought online that he should be made Brexit secretary for no better reason that people would be able to say that no deal was better than a Baddiel.
