There are clearly some fat porkers who should keep out of the market, go home and eat their roast beef – or they will eventually find themselves left with none!
What an unusual gesture – a CEO demanding a pay cut! Good to see there are some not so piggy ones out there.
He’s not exactly going to be poor and it would be interesting to see the pay ratio between top/bottom and top/median levels of staff. But it’s a start and good to see its the leader of the Co-Op that has done it.
