Jersey and Guernsey’s VAT abuse is really over

Even when Jersey and Guernsey lost their judicial review hearing on the UK's decision to block their deliberately encouraged abuse of the UK's VAT system there were those who were saying I was premature to celebrate a campaign victory.

Not any more! They have both given up any thought of appealing the decision. This one is in the bag.

The next job is to ensure that the contagion does not spread.
