It’s Keynesian.
It focuses, properly, on jobs.
It recognises that if we get jobs right we repay debt.
It’s a good start to budget day.

On a second listen through, I firm up my opinion above.
Any old growth isn’t good enough.
Letting business do whatever it wants to the environment and the people because we need that growth just isn’t good enough in this day & age. It’s dinosaur stuff. And so this statement isn’t good enough.
