Given that the evidence is signing some toothless tax information exchange agreements I am not inclined to think it has happened

He's right on tax cheats and Delaware in this one and its beholden on me to say so.
He's also very, very wrong on the benefits of offshore, as usual. Some things don't change. 🙂
