Can you explain further your position on taxation obligation, legal v. moral.
Individuals do not ‘owe’ a moral obligation to the state. One could argue that individuals owe a moral obligation to other individuals in pursuit of expanding individual liberty.
But a moral obligation to the state, please….
I think Cayman is in a very much different position to other states: they have signed the European Savings Directive and are exchanging information with the EU.
Belgium does not. Does that make Belgium worst than Cayman?
