I'm not sure why yet, but this weekend readers in China became the second biggest group of readers of this blog for the first time. It's usually the US that takes that slot. The UK has always, to date, taken first slot.

And for those who're curious, on an average day there are readers from about 40 countries reach here and most days at least half the near 600 entries on the blog are read by someone.
