Jersey, DVDs, CDs and tax abuse

Because I was out so much last week I have not mentioned the parliamentary debate on the above subject.

I welcome what Dawn Primarily has said. I hope it is followed up.

And I have noted that some are suggesting I have some credit for this campaign. Well, maybe that's true in small part. I did suggest the EDM that gave rise to this debate, for example. But I do not think the role of Richard Allen has been well enough recognised in all this. Richard runs Delirium records. I have absolutely no comprehension at all of what his site is all about, or what music he's selling but he's been an indefatigable tax campaigner and when this matter is put to rest he will deserve a lot of the credit for stopping this abuse.

I thought that should be on record (if not vinyl).
