TaxationWeb on US Senate

Posted on

TaxationWeb gets insufficient attention in the UK tax world, but knocks spots off its rivals.

Edited by Andrew Goodall, who is a serious thinker and seems on all the evidence I have seen to justify the title of 'expert', it can be guaranteed to cover stories without the anti-tax hysteria which does, I am afraid, characterise much of the UK's on-line tax commentary.

The link I have provided is, for example, to the Senate hearings on tax havens. Amazingly, for an issue which affects many US professional firms and banks and the Isle of Man (which came in for particular criticism in the Senate report) no mention of this story is to be seen on either AccountingWEB or Accountancy Age.
