More than 1,000 people subscribe to this blog using the email service that anyone can subscribe to for free using the box in the right-hand column of this page.
I am aware that the mail went out twice last night, as it did for several nights a few weeks ago. We are trying to solve this. It is not a problem with anyone's subscription, and it is nothing we have done. The problem is with the service provider. We are talking to them. So as they used to say, please do not adjust your set; things will get back to normal soon, we hope.
In the meantime, my apologies for having to delete the extra mail.

Thanks for the explanation …I did wonder if it was my email causing the issue …but in the huge bag of crap happening just now, that’s one wee glitch I have no problem dealing with! A double-dose of Richard every morning? I can cope. Smile emoticon here.
