PETER OBORNE: War on a class already taxed to the hilt

Oborne attacks Labour for raising tax on the middle class.

But right now the only people suggesting tax policy that will help the middle classes are the TUC and Compass.

If those on middle income (that's £20k - 40k) really want to get a better tax deal the need to look left.
