It seems that yesterday was a good day for getting new ideas going. In addition to the Progressive Economy Forum, launched last night, a new institute was launched that will promote UK understanding of modern monetary theory.
Right now the Gower Institute of Modern Money Studies has not got a website, but it does have a Twitter feed and I gather there is a Facebook presence as well.
I wish this project well. We need MMT to be well understood. I will be following it with interest.
