Some might think I don't use the speaking notes I publish here because the delivery does not always match the plan. But they do get to the presentation in most cases. This is the one I published yesterday in front of me at the meeting of the EU Parliament Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee to whom I presented evidence yesterday.
