And now the US is fighting in Ecuador

In case you had not noticed, this is a New York Times headline this morning:

Trump promised the MAGA that he would not engage in foreign wars. But, as Napoleon once noted:

When a leader thinks that his people are going to revolt, he needs to go to war with another country.

Trump must be expecting a serious revolt. One war is not enough for him.

He is also trying to force Cuba into submission.
Lot of Cuban origin votes in Florida and seats in the electoral college.
CNN report the US is trying to arm Kurds who live in Iran, to break away.
When the western powers drew the borders post World War One, they didn’t give the Kurds a state of their own. They have been divided between Turkey, Iraq and Iran.
There is a long history of the Kurds being let down by the US . In1975, after the Gulf War 1991, and twice by Trump in his first term.
Meanwhile Israel bombs Lebanon. It’s a long standing tradition.
