Nadine Dorries is actually claiming Channel 4 is promoter of fascism this morning.
Note what I have to say.
We are heading so fast towards fascism now that it really is very frightening.

Goebbels said at a 1934 Nurenberg rally “The cleverest trick used in propaganda against Germany during the war was to accuse Germany of what our enemies themselves were doing.“ Formulating it like this he was actually accusing his enemies of doing what he does.
You see exactly the same rhetorical device from Putin’s Russia – falsely accusing others of what they are themselves doing (or about to do). They seems so addicted to the maskirovka it is impossible to believe anything they say. A bit like the current government and the habitual liar at its centre.
This is straight out of the long-standing authoritarian handbook, recently we’ve seen the same from Bolsonoro, Modi, Erdogan, Trump, Putin and of course the Britain Trump.
Anyone who isn’t alarmed really isn’t paying attention.

I watch with real alarm from my Spanish mountain retreat at what is happening in my ex country, and see with horror what is occurring in uk right under the noses of the population , who just don’t seem to see what is in plain sight …..
It’s appalling but at at least we can see even more why Channel 4 is being sold.
