A press officer handbook

Posted on

I thought this worth sharing, from NEON (the New Economics Organisers Network), published yesterday:

We're very excited to say that we've just launched a Press Officer Handbook

For a long time now we've heard from people in our movements saying they need help with press work - whether it's writing press releases, preparing for interviews or building relationships with journalists. This handbook was written to begin answering some of the questions we frequently get asked about media and communications work, and we hope it will be useful to anyone who works with the media - whether it's your full time job or something you do occasionally.

Please do check out the guide [link] and share it with people you know who might find it useful.

I thought the handbook looked useful, and it's free.
