Richard, I should add that I took that from a recent book by the New Economics Foundation entitled ‘Rethinking the Economics of Land and Housing.’ The quoted Limerick was itself taken from a book called ‘The Corruption of Economics’ ( 1994 ed. Gaffney and Harrison).
