Well done Richard. You deserve a chance to display your finery.
I read the sample of The Joy of Tax in Kindle. Now I must buy it. But the first chapter mentions “No taxation without Representation”. Any British public servant living in Europe for more than 15 years (forced to pay UK tax) is denied representation by losing the right to vote in elections and referenda. Would it be possible for all of us, suffering this indignity, to sue the British government, or does the idea lack any right in law?
It has no right in law
But you can fight for it!
