Beware the most irritating man in the room

The FT has a review by Giles Wilkes of Yanis Varoufakis' new book, The Global Minotaur, this morning. It is headed:

Giles Wilkes would be wise to recall the advice of George Bernard Shaw:

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Varoufakis may irritate for a reason.
