Actually in a very real sense, no irony
I agree but after confession and repentance.
I doubt that HMRC lose any sleep over the sins you accuse them of.
I can assure you they do
I cannot imagine who could pardon them or grant absolution. They are doing exactly as was intended when chosen for their role. The decimation of the rank and file who actually do the work allows the ‘supervisors’ of this charade to subvert and undermine with impunity (and of course with the conivance of our leaders and law-makers).
Perhaps a sermon in the Abbey on the lines of ‘ye cannot serve God and Mammon.’ might have been appropriate..?
Mind you, Let he (or she) cast the first stone who is without Sin.
We only have one tax authority
The answer is no.
If Civil Servants break the laws of this country
They should pay the price.
Its Treason
They should be dragged through the courts
And sent to prison..
The damage they have done to this nation
And the population of this country
Is immeasurable.
I have to say I’m not sure treason was on my list….
The charge of treason might not apply to the Civil Servants, but it surely does to the politicians who got us into this mess!
