So a thing is a Tax Compliance if it is a Substance and a Form and a Spirit Of Tax Law?
I have no idea what you are asking
I am saying when the three interact i.e. Substance and form conincide with the spirit of the law being complied with then there is ax compliant behaviour
A thing is in D iff it is in A and in B and in C (obviously), but what are the members of (for example) set A. Is it the set of substances, the set of transactions *with* substance, what?
It would be helpful if you could clarify, at the moment it looks rather like A mathematical ROMANES EUNT DOMUS.

You should put these venn diagrams together in a book. Would make an ideal Christmas present stocking filler. I can see it as one of those books to amuse while passing time in the bathroom.
