My apologies for no blogging yesterday.
I regret there may be little more today. I had to make one of my rare visits to a GP concerning my own health yesterday and have been forced to admit, for once, that I might need to take a few days of low level activity to recover from whatever it was that hit me at the weekend.
Given there are pressing deadlines in other work i am doing that has to have the priority for the energy I have got.
Normal service will be resumed soon, I very much hope.

Take care Richard we can’t do everything we’d like to.
I thought that might be the case as you had been ill then off to Europe! It’s good that you are looking after yourself -be careful, even though you might have a very high level of motivation and energy we can forget our bodies! I made this mistake and had a breakdown from which I’m still recovering-sounds like you are more sensible than me -good wishes in the meantime.
I hope you feel better soon. No one is going to take anything posted today seriously anyway!

I’ve been reading your blog since early 2011 and I can seldom remember you taking any time off over that period, Richard. So, as far as I’m concerned no apologies are required. Get yourself sorted – both health and other work wise – and come back when you’re fully recovered. Best wishes.
