I am very bad at admitting I am under the weather.
And worse still at resting.
But today I have to give in and go to bed. When typing feels painful it's time to accept that I need the day off.

Totally agree .. the 99.9% need you well and on form. Take good care and get better soon.
There are some very nasty viruses around at the moment. You really just need to turn off the computer and stay in bed til you’re well.
