That should be ‘Tax cheats cost’ surely, not costs! Or you could say ‘Tax cheating costs’. One or the other Richard, but not what you’ve got 🙂
Richard, why not base this on adult population instead of using total population. It would make a more powerful and more relevant statement to individuals.
