We couldn’t possibly comment

Posted on

I’ve just been phoned by a news programme asking if I could talk about MP’s second homes.

They admitted I was their second choice (and I can’t do it anyway). But what was more interesting was that PWC had been their first choice, they said, but they couldn’t possibly do it ‘because the issue was political’.

So talking about MP’s expenses is political is it PWC, but supporting George Osborne’s office isn’t?

How do you square that?
