It appears the reporter could have avoided being arrested by following the direction of the police officer.
Since when did a press pass entitle someone to be a “super-citizen” with standing above the law?

Actually the US constitution does provide a special privilege to the media – precisely because the 4th estate is vital to a healthy democracy
But what would a libertarian worry about that for? Or why would they worry about liberty? That, after all, is for a selected few, isn’t it Georges? It’s only us in the centre ground who have to worry about the conflict between state and individual and the compromises it requires. You guys know the price of liberty after all – it’s cash, isn’t it?
